Join Johnny Solomon, Dissonance Board Member and singer-songwriter from Communist Daughter, and a panel of artist-yogis for a night of discussion, education, breathing, and movement. The panel will talk about how they came to practice Yoga and the ways it has benefited them personally and creatively. All are then invited to participate in an all-level Vinyasa Yoga class led by Amelia of CorePower.

Whether this is your first experience yoga, an introduction to the greater yoga community, or just a chance to hear local artists share their personal journey toward wellness, we hope to see you.

Yoga mats and towels will be available. This class is limited to 65 people. Suggested donation of $10 will offset costs to the artists. Please register to reserve your space.
