Join Space Between and Dissonance on March 10th at the Hook and Ladder for a communal musical healing experience. We have been through so much here in Minneapolis. We know collective trauma can lead to a feeling of being frozen in other parts of life. Musician Melt Down is a time to join with others who want to thaw out and check in with their mental health. Come hang out, share with your peers, process your experiences, and take part in a sound bath to ease the tensions. We will also share resources for coping at home. The night will conclude with a jam to remind us how strong we are together.

Dissonance’s mission is to build healthy community in and through the arts while supporting mental health and recovery for musicians. Space Between is a free peer-to-peer community support group for music industry professionals that meets the second Tuesday of every month at the Hook.
