Morningside After Dark returns for an eighth season of warming up your winter with a Jan. 27 show "Belonging." Dissonance board member Katy Vernon is one of the hosts for this series, and we have resources available at each event.

It’s a FREE event (donations always appreciated) with a Caribou coffee bar and a pop-up by Serge + Jane, a new lifestyle boutique featuring new and used vinyl, home decor, fashion and accessories with a MN edge. Doors open at 7 p.m. for best seating.

Enjoy a mix of music and storytelling, featuring under-5-minute performances by writers Julie Schumacher, Cherish Gibson, Lee Blum, Amy Pendino, (Dissonance board alum) Carl Atiya Swanson and Lauren Stringer as well as musicians Soda Supreme, Nitka, Lewiee Blaze, Sarah Morris, Ryan Liestman, and Rena Kraut with Tim Zavadil.
