Share your story. Find your well.
Story Well — usually held the first Monday of every month at 6 pm in a variety of locations and sometimes on Zoom — is a time to share and discuss the various ways we can help and care for each other. For September, due to the Labor Day holiday, we’re meeting on the second Monday - Sept. 13 - and starting an hour later at 7 pm.
This month’s Story Well will kick off a two-part discussion on trauma led by our newest board member, Jacob Robinson. We’ll focus on identifying and managing the psychological scrapes and bruises of life. How do these "little t" traumas affect us, and how can we heal from them?
